    fuck progessive

    Some bitch crashed into my truck on friday night. Her car got all fucked up and she bassicly just hit my rim and bent it / put scratches in it. I call up my insurance (progressive) and they are trying to tell my that my insurance is canceled and that they won't pay for the damage.
    Ive been paying these fuck heads $400/month for over 2 years now. Bunch of scandalist bastards.
    The thing that sucks the most is that my the rim alone cost $3,000 to replace. ABS and Stability control are also disabled for some reason

          They can not legally cancel your insurance without sending you a notification through the mail. Lookup your States insurance laws. Don't roll over an accept the ass pounding!

                          Well, I understand your upset here but there are a few questions I would have to ask.

                          Did you PAY your most recent premium?

                          why were you cancelled?

                          You drive a car with rims that cost 3000 dollars each?
                          if those were aftermarket and you didn't add a special endorsment to your policy you were fucked anyway. they only owe for factory otherwise ( take note: Bling, Blingers)

                          and finally all is not as bad as it seems......the af fault party's insurance company owes for you damages anyhow so pick up the phone and get your claim filed.

                              We'll the thing that happened was because I was late on a payment. I moved into a new house and I called them to update the address and apparently the support lady didn't actualy update it. I was late on my payment by about a month, they never called me or anything. I fuckin found that out last month and made a payment online for overdue balance and one for the new balance. The lady the phone is trying to tell me that my insurance was canceled and that online payment was just to pay off the rest of the term but it was actualy canceled. So bassicly they charged me for the rest of policy without telling me it was canceled. Fuckers

                                                          Look up on the State Govt section of the phone book for the Insurance Dept or whatever they call it in your state... Call and they will handle it for you. Thats what they are there for.
