Sorry I do not know what happened here, so this is what I meant to say.

as the shipper you should be able to call in a delivery change request to change the name the package is sent to and to authorize this... shouldnt be any problem unless its already on its way back being returned... there might me like a $5 charge for that, depends... im not sure how fedex does that but thats how ups works and im sure they have the same service

It also depends on the amount of content... or it's value. If he just bought $2000 of content, eat the $50 and hope he comes back for more. If he got 3 picture sets for $75... then he should pay the delivery.
