Most of us provide free hosted galleries and downloadable content etc.

What are your thoughts on:

a) An affiliate who links to your free hosted galleries in frames and in the other frames sell your competitors sites ? I emailed him with a warning giving him 24 hrs to remove the frames and any links to other sites or.. I'll do a Pimdogg and cut him off..

b) Affiliates who use your material to create their own galleries and openly use it to promote your site and others ? Due to this I have made a good friend of Amber at ARS, as a few of her affiliates used my material to sell their Indian sites and she suspended their acct's P.D.Q... So here's a public thanks..

I'm asking as I think Pimdoggs action against his affiliate is 100% correct.. We don't need them to tell surfers how easy it is to cancel. I know that a surfer does know and if he can't find the link he'll email the webmaster, so why advertise how easy it is.. I don't offer trials and pay out's based on the possible conversion and after reading that thread never will.. I have enough dumb affiliates as it is.. LOL. Though I do have an equal anount who work their arses off and I say thanks to them.
