Why don't you just empty out his bank account by paying off your credit cards with check by phone with THEIR bank account info like you did with other sponsors?

No, but he did do this with another blind link program. He paid off his girlfriend's credit card this way too.

Thankfully the owner got all his money back and put an ACH block on his webmaster bank account.
