You think I could get sued for running this image at the top of my new site steveothumbs.com my friend think the guy look like jonny knoxville and shouldn?t use it b4 I put any more work into the logo do you guys think i should drop the guy doing the thumbs up?

the name is SteveO, and it looks like knoxville... dude.. dont sweat it man. if it isnt really knoxville then whats to worry about, its not like you took a pic of him and vectored.

if it is an original illustration it is fine

I thought it was him before I even read what the text. You could just change it to play it safe. I doubt johnny knoxville would sue, or even find out about the site.

Still, the knoxville resemblance and 'steveo' seems a bit more than coincidence, even if it really is.
