Anyone ever get a colonic
 

I am thinking of getting a colonic, anyone ever have one? Should be interesting.

Every six months I go, and in betweeen once every two month warm water enema

It's not bad, just imagine an enema where you don't have to get up to go to the bathroom to release. Just remember to hold as much water inside your bowels so you can really benefit best. The practitioner or homeopathic specialist will rub your tummy to get things flowing properly through the big machine, they will repeat 2 or 3 times and then your done.

usually just use home enema

No, but a friend of mine did. He couldn't believe the stuff that came out. (You can watch the tube if you can tolerate it)

Apparently a lot of stuff can get lodged in your intestines and stay there for years.
