In the last week or so there has been quite a bit of posting over the experience that myself and my partner had with a certain traffic broker that took funds for traffic, provided traffic that was beyond poor in quality and then refused to offer a refund on the unused monies once we talked to them in regards to this problem.

Most service providers would offer a refund for services paid for, but not used in the interest of preserving future business opportunities with people. This attitude isn?t one that this broker believes makes business sense to them.

Since my crew is more understanding of our customers? requests we have gone forward and started moving forward on extending refunds to our clients out of our own pockets and will just take the loss ourselves.
