does anyone actually use the ARS health insurance plan?

I was just looking at their site and noticed they offered free health insurance... has anyone taken advantage of this?

It's always looked appealing, but I've never done well with ARS. Maybe I'll consider giving it a shot again in the near future. Not being insured sucks!
