How would a doctor react when a guy comes in and asks for a pair of tits and a rounder ass, yet he wants to leave his dick intact? Has it become a normal procedure for doctors? Is there a specific doctor one goes to? If I were a surgeon, I don't think I'd be able to accomidate the person without laughing my ass off!

A general surgeon wouldn't laugh in front of the guy, that would be very unprofessional. He'd refer this dude to a plastic surgeon, and then he'd laugh his ass off with his medical staff after the guy left the office.

I wonder if there are doctors who specialize in tranny procedures. It seems like most plastic surgeons would turn the job down.

I see men with plastic surgery (tits, ass implants, cheek implants, you name it...) all the time here in Vegas. It's really common. I know a guy named Frank Marino (he does Joan Rivers in La Cage) he has had some work done.

I believe that quite a number of gender reassignment cases end up with unlicenced surgeons because they feel persecuted by 'mainstream' surgeons, there are some that are approved by the transgender community however, I believe...

The doctor is going to get paid! Why wouldn't he do the operations?

I've seen him in actiona few years back. He's pretty believable. I also live here in Vegas, and I've seen very few Chicks with dicks (and I'm a native) . Maybe it's the part of town I live on ::shrugs:: .

it happens alot more than u would thing or more thanm most of us would like, but yes a plastc surgeon would gladly do it for the money
