Summer slowdown myth or reality?
 

In my experience around a 20% drop in sales.

Then there's people that say they aren't affected at all...

Well from my own expiriance people are less buying content couse they go on vocations in august...
and they buy everything they need before august..
so i say that august is my weak month.

The good thing about the summer slow down is that it is a great time for buying cheap content. :thumbsup

The last two summers have been periods of growth for us.

maybe it could be broken down to each specific activity inside the industry? content producers, tgp webmasters, avs, freesites, sponsors, traffic brokers, sig whores? maybe even by niche?

It's a reality for me. :( But, then again, I'm hardly around during the summer months, so that may have something to do with it.:winkwink:

It slows down a bit over the summer. People out doing stuff.

Mine slows down at least 25% but that's probably because I work 25% less. Lots of going to the lake and stuff.

always seems to to me, people are outside instead of at the comp or on vacation

if the economy picks up a bit soon..might be a non-event this year..well compared to whats been going on lately lol
