          the paper claims its increase was due to construction resuming due to better "weather" and that considering this HUGE grocery strike, of course jobs have increased.

          doesnt say much about Bush, but the change in times.

                          I love these little mokeys. When there is a down tick in the economy, Bush is failing us. When the economy CHARGES forward, its the weather.
