Yes, I have for over a year. The real estate market isnt bad. You can buy a condo in my building for only 63k.

I think these are from today. I took them before the sun was all the way up, so the quality is worse than normal.

I'm soooooooo wanting to be there.

I dont know... I am really really bored most of the time, hence the hanging out on GFY 24/7 since I discovered it. Ive never had the tourista, but the tourists annoy me to death. I cant walk 2 min without someone wanting to pet my dog, ask me why I brought it on vacation, kids wanting to hold my dog... ect.

I do like it here though. I think the thing I hate most is the utter lack of libraries.

Yup, 63K. I know that becuase my landlord wants to kick me out so they can sell the place. Blaw. Anyway, my place is really small. It goes entrance, kit/lvingroom, bathroom, minihallway, bedroom. With the Livingroom facing the ocean and the bedroom facing the huge as lagoon. When you open the front door the wind off the ocean is fierce! maintinace fees are about 170$ usd for everyone who owns. That pays for the 40 million guards, gas, basic cable, and a few other things. The ocean is a few feet to a few hundred feet away depending on which one you live in. And thanks to my begging there is high speed internet here:thumbsup .

And you can get a 2 bedroom penthouse that is 3 levels and very large for 1k-1500 USD a month. Not sure about the buying price, but mine is 650$ a month for a 63$ K so you can do the math:) Ill send you an em with the website if I can find one.

Oh, sorry, in the penthouses the whole top floor is a balcony with a killer view of both ocean and lagoon. Most of the 1 bedrooms dont have them.
