I am declaring my revenue with an accountant for the first time this year.

I have given them all my proof of earnings and my expenses.
I do not have a company because everything is under my name.

Is it required that I supply them with my domains???
Is it the law?

yes, revenue canada wants to know all your domains just in case they need to jerk off a little while trying to to convince the boys they should audit you. they also want free passwords for the sites you have been promoting regardless if your just an affiliate

No you don't have to give domain names..but to cover your butt you should inc yourself if your making alot of cash..:)

Give them what the need and nothing more - namely your accounts/earnings. The less they know about the workings of your business the better :-)

Have a good long chat with your accountant. And make sure he does business tax returns, and not just personal ones.

All you send in with your tax return is your business financial statements.

Don't call attention to yourself by sending in unneeded information.

The CCRA is currently going after Canadian web sites because they don't charge GST to Canadian subscribers.

You will be paying allot of taxes if you claim under your name, open yourself a company & declare all your expenses + all taxes that you are paying on ex: telephone, hosting, electricity. You will save allot at the end. Trust me!
