I dont know about jail but she should definitely have to repay some money for all the wasted time and money spent on things like helicopters and manpower.

But former F.B.I. criminal profiler Neil Purtell says if he profiled this case, he'd be skeptical.

"This would be an organized offender because the person who does this has exhibited control, generally spends time with the victim, has contact with the victim, has done a lot of things, that's not happening," says Purtell.

She is sticking to the fact that she was abducted. I'm skeptical but reserving judgement before I say she made the whole thing up.

just looking at her photo and not knowing an ounce about her, she looked like the type to grab attention any way she could.

then the fact that the first "kidnapping" didn't draw that much attention, why not try a second time. there are way too many factors that are out of line on this that the general public could point out in a nanosecond.

there is nothing worse then attention whore until you deal with one who has serious mental issues.

i agree, this girl should be put in jail for crying wolf for while the police were looking for her, they could have been solving real crimes. then again i guess no one will ever know if she's telling the truth until she slips.

They just held a news conference. I saw it on CNN. She has now admitted she lied and was not kidnapped and that she just "needed to be alone." She does still claim that she was abducted at knifepoint LATER, though.

But I just called the Madison PD because sadly, the police sketch looks almost exactly like Craig T. Nelson who played Haden Fox on the tv show Coach. Oddly enough, he was coach of the "Minnesota Screaming Eagles" on the show and Audrey is from Minnesota. Could be a coincidence, but I thought they should at least ASK her about it. Maybe that's where she got her "suspect."
