Huge CABLE ISP problems causing issues worldwide!
Yup,
It may be an attempt from AOL TIME WARNER to block porn from their upper ranks. We have been having alot of server/ tech issues and today it was confirmed by some upstream techs that the cause is affecting many customers using AOL TIME WARNER Cable Hi Speed including ROADRUNNER and a few others. You may not even know their is an issue though your customers may not gain access or be denied entry to your sites. Visit our site http://wantboobs.com if you get RED X'S then that means your ISP is blocking / filtering. I don't have alot of details at this moment, my Host XXXWEBHOSTING.com is aware of this problem and is working on it. I hope its just a system wide router issue, this problem has been 7 days now. |
I cant imagine aol would try to block porn
site loads fine from here in canada |

When I was in Vegas last weekend, I could not access my site from my hotel. One of my guys on Cable with ROADRUNNER ISP cannot access from his home but can access it from his DSL at this house. Doesn't seem to affect DSL, only CABLE USERS. |
boobies everywhere :Graucho
|
I'm on Roadrunner & it comes up fine for me

boobies down here in mia.

By blocking porn without the users permission, they would be violating the persons constitutional rights.
Another words, unless the person has agreed to block out porn, they cannot filter it out. :thumbsup |

This is possibly serious shit. If your having upstream ISP issues, you won't be able to access alot of things. One of my webmasters in Las Vegas cannot even log in to his stats and another sponsors stats. He uses Cable Hi Speed. Try entering my main URL http://wantboobs.com make sure there is no " / " at the end of the url, you may be suprised in what you get. |

about 5-10 members a day who are stating that they cannot access our site. Our techs spent days looking at this cause, we finally found out today. |
Dude, The problem is at XXX Webhosting. Look here:
Test 1: $ telnet wantboobs.com 80 Trying 216.131.81.198... Connected to exchng-198.ds160.reliablehosting.com. Escape character is '^]'. HEAD /images5/wb1-6.jpg HTTP/1.1 Host: wantboobs.com Referer: http://wantboobs.com Connection closed by foreign host. Test 2: $ telnet wantboobs.com 80 Trying 216.131.81.198... Connected to exchng-198.ds160.reliablehosting.com. Escape character is '^]'. HEAD /images5/wb1-6.jpg HTTP/1.1 Host: wantboobs.com Referer: http://wantboobs.com/ HTTP/1.1 200 OK It only works when there's a trailing slash in the Referer. Take a look in your htaccess or if you use another type of hotlink protection. |

Referer: http://www.wantboobs.com/ HTTP/1.1 200 OK Referer: http://www.wantboobs.com Connection closed by foreign host. Referer: https://gfy.com/ HTTP/1.1 200 OK Referer: https://gfy.com Connection closed by foreign host. No referer HTTP/1.1 200 OK The common thing between all those is that it works when there's a trailing slash, even though it's from different domains. Looks like a fucked up htaccess to me. And no, I'm not behind AOL :) |
http://216.131.81.198 - broken pics
http://216.131.81.198/ - no broken pics IE usually adds a / at the end. If it does that, just delete it and hit enter then refresh. |
