The first few episodes weren't as good as they could be because I think it was a mistake to start off with the men vs women, but overall it kicks ass.

The thing that annoys me about the show is all the obvious redubbing of Trumps dialogue during the boardroom meetings every week. Guess they come up with different reasons to fire somebody and see what plays the best.

It was on the promo for next week's episode. She has something to do with the next task! I couldn't believe it! You can't get rid of her!

Troy didn't lose because he only has a HS education, he lost because he's not refined enough to be part of the Trump empire of businesses. He's a bit of a hustler and has a slight used car salesman slick willy kinda way about him. That's not necessarily good or bad, but for Trump's style of business it isn't a good fit.

I think it will come down to Kwame, Amy, and Bill.

Looking back to the beginning of the series, it's hard to believe that Sam guy even made it on the show in the first place. He should have been fired sooner.

Trump is a brand. I think he's done well positioning that brand in the minds of people as being the best of the best (whether it really is or not).

It doesn't always matter if something really is the best, it only matters if people THINK it's the best.

He no longer is the majority owner of his casinos and the stock trades around 2 bucks, plus they are drowning in debt.

Many of his new york properties he is also no longer majority owner of, again because of massive debt.

However, he truly excels in 2 areas, personal promotion and personal profit. He makes alot of money on shit like books, apprentice, etc, but he has made a boatload of money on bigger fish like greenmailling other companies. He used to buy a bunch of stock, threaten a takeover and have the company buy him out at a huge profit.

That's smart though...he must have watched Wall Street a bunch.

He really just used his image to do it. People would be scared that donald and his supposed "billions" would be coming after their company, even if he was so far in debt he couldnt afford a taxi.

He needs to put some of his money towards a disaster relief fund for his fucking hair! haha

he has an intense fear of balding and uses some gel crap that is suppose to keep you from losing your hair. He says balding is a sign of weakness.

I was surprised that the penthouse they were trying to rent out seemed really plain. I would have expected more from the penthouse on the 90th floor of the trump tower. Don't get me wrong, the view looked amazing, and it had high ceilings, but there didn't seem to be much more to the place. I suppose I'd have to be there to really judge the place though.

I was wondering that when someone rents it for $40,000/night, if that same day or whenever, Trump has people furnish the place. All I saw in there was a couch by the fireplace!

I think thats why its unfurnished, people who rent it can do what they want with it.

They're renting it for an event, so they probably go out and rent appropriate furniture for the event as well.

in my opinion, its the best business education that has ever been on TV.

Oh yeah...saw on the news the other night some universities are now offering classes based on The Apprentice...who wouldda thought?!
