I think its something like you can signup and get a code for a daily gallery listing with your code and they take a % of the pageviews...know what i mean?

You get 100% of the signups off the galleries, I get the very small header and footer. Also if you trade with these tgps http://www.chickentraffic.com/trades.shtml the surfer you send as a trade will get your galleries when they click on the links on them.

Are you are taliking about a revshare program, like www.diabolicalgalleries.com ?

None of the gallery links were coming in for me - I just pulled over 2k links out of my database.

Suggestion - get a cheap server (or ten) and buy templates + content.
