Cant connect to any irc servers.. virus or network issue?
 

Recently ive found i cant connect to any irc servers ports 6660-6670 thru any program

i dont know if this is something the network has disabled (at university) or this is due to something like a hosts.txt type thing occuring in the background

anyone know?

try to reboot

the problems been occuring the last 3 weeks or so, not a reboot issue
