um, that isn't what I said. We are with each other almost 24/7. When someone needs space you need to know when they really need it and when they actually want your help.

We have the same policy here. It makes for some sleepless nights when you're up all night talking, but it really helps in the long run to make sure no one problem becomes too huge to handle.
