Paycom.net Now An LLC

Effective next week, your payments will come from Paycom.net LLC.

Paycom Billing Services, Inc., the IPSP that processes your online transactions
(aka Epoch Transaction Services) has changed from being a corporation to a
limited liability company.

Your processing agreement with Paycom and all features and services provided
under your contract will remain unchanged. However, your weekly payments will
now come from Paycom.net LLC. To ensure a smooth transition from the
corporation to the limited liability corporation and assure no interruption in your
payments, please take a moment to visit http://paycom.net/llcAgreement/ and
acknowledge that you have received this notice.

All Paycom clients are required to register their acknowledgement that payments
will now come from Paycom.net LLC. Clients who have questions should contact
their account representative or reply to this email.
