i just turned the radio on and heard that announcement from Tom Chuisano - sounded really fake. If they wanted to really give people a scare they would have played it for more real. This is obviously a joke - there's two peppy deejays, a guy and chick, playing Enimen and making banal comments like 'Eminem is from Detroit, he's really cool, he does some great rap'.

it is kinda funny now that i'm listening to it more - Cross and Lopez in the Morning 'Fun without the Filth' hahahaha
