You're fucking idiots. Why in the world would you take "spiritual advice" from another person?

The only advice I need on spirits is at the local bar, when I want to try a new drink.

It's amazing what the stupidity of others can buy.

I firmly believe some of my best ideas and connections to key people in my life came to me with the assistance of spirits on the other side.

People have pursued spiritual paths of thousands of years.

You can start from scratch. Or you can build off what others have learned (dead or alive.)

Or you can close yourself to spirituality.

"Idiots" are those who judge anyone else's path.

Trust me Donovan, you have spiritual guides all around you everywhere you go.

I communicate with mine all the time. And I'm dead on serious.

Not joking. Just open your mind to the higher planes of energy and they'll be able to get through to you and provide you with great insight and assistance as you go through life.

Actually, I have done the psychic reading thing a couple times. Mostly for kicks while out with girlfriends when I was like 18-20.

Years later I recalled what this one fortune teller chick told me, and at the time I was pretty confused by what she said, but years later it made sense. But it could have been some general guess, it was nothing too specific.

But I figure we are all energy in one way or another.

I'm sorry, but there are just too many well-witnessed examples in history that clearly suggest there are unseen forces at work. Too many unexplained mysteries, ghost sightings, hauntings, zillion-to-one coincidences, and fateful happenings that I have trouble buying the opinion of ONE guy that says "we are alone on this rock, we live and we die, end of story".

Fuck, I worked in a hospital for 15 years taking care of patients, I've witnessed with my own eyes some pretty "spiritual" and supernatural happenings that I choose to keep an open mind about these things. I once witnessed a bonified resurection for fuck sakes.


Like I said.... respect. Don't cock off and dis the beliefs systems of others. Do your own thing and be fucking happy and shaddap about what other people choose to believe.

HIs father told him so when he was having nightmares as a teen... Now, a grown up Donovan, without having done any research whatsoever on the subject KNOWS with certainty that spirits, ghosts do not exist... mmmh... The FBI and CIA must be out of their minds then for using psychics...

What about this? An elderly couple, both patients in the hospital I worked at, back in the mid-80's..... both on different wards of different floors.... both passed away at precisely the same time. Now get this..... staff on both wards reported that they heard both the husband and the wife talking to each other just prior to dying. My then-girlfriend was a nurse working on the ward that the wife was a patient on. It is all documented.


I have dozens of interesting examples of such "spiritual" happenings. Only a close-minded idiot would dismiss them and ignore what is happening all around him.

My mother was a nurse when she was young and worked at a Hospital also and got to see lots of people die and the unexplainable stuff that happens after.

Anyone who works in a hospital has stories.

There are ghosts in my house. The world is flat.

Both of these things seemed true until science proved otherwise. Same thing for "spiritual" occurences.

I so agree with you.

Its so fucking simple, your mind, you soul, your spirit, your ghost whatever you want to call it needs a friggin body to exist. It isnt a standalone thing. It needs cells, it needs a brain. When you die "it" does as well.

Where were you before you were born? Nowhere and thats exactly where you are going when you die, nowhere.

People want to believe otherwise because it comforts them, they will be with their loved ones again blah blah.

The fact is if you wouldve turned this around, if it was known that when you die everybody would be a slave for the devil and will suffer pain till eternity nobody would believe in life after death.

I believe soul exists and is not part of the mind. It stays alive when the body dies. I should become a buddhist :)
