Shipping DVDs across state lines
 

Can't you get in trouble for shipping to uber-conservative places? How do mail order DVD companies get around this? Warehouse in every state?

Very rarely prosecuted most people dont even think about it

Very rare, but it has happened. Also the Postal Inspectors and Customs seem to be checking packages more often now.
