some people MADE money before, but CAN'T repeat it for many reasons... this industry MOVES ALOT and you have to CONSTANTLY ADJUST to it.

because making good money is predicated upon paradigms and the difference between a good paradigm and a bad one is the difference between zero and lots of $$$.

For example, one dominant paradigm is give away free porn...this paradigm, while it may make a few sales here and there is generally of very poor economics and will fail. The other paradigm might be, "Quality traffic is more important than volume". That paradigm alone can bring you a 5 figure monthly income.

What paradigms say is a lot less important than the way they are put into practise. "In Search of Excellence" by Tom Peters is a good read for anyone who isn't convinced.

I think lots of people hit a roadblock and just don't know enough to get any further. In addition it really helps if you know someone in this industry and those that don't know anybody have to work even harder to learn the ins and outs
