The guy is always on top of things and is so involved in his business he takes the smallest flaw so seriously.

Sure he puts on an "I don't care face" on GFY. But he cares a lot for each and every one of his people.

I know for a fact that Trey Hickey focuses totally on his goals, gets shit done right away, and therefore reaches those goals. Congrats Trey! You've kicked a lot of ass in a short time without caring what anyone thought about you and your crazy posts in the early days.
