and i'm leaving out the people for whom English is a second language. this is just for people who were born and raised in English speaking countries - those from certain parts of California, Texas and New York City are also exempt.

i guarantee you I could take any third grade class anywhere in the USA except for certain parts of California, Texas and New York City and those third graders would whip GFY's ass in a spelling bee.
