Before any other hosting provider screw me up "again", I want to check with you guys:

Anybody who know if this guy is a jackass or serious?
I'm planning to rent a dedicated server 2000 GB transfer/month.
This site seams to by made by a 8 years old kid, but it's not my problem as long they are serious.
