I overpaid a tiny bit on estimates, get a small refund, which I applied to 2004 estimates.. Life is good when you don't owe....

I'm gonna owe so much I'm putting it off till the last minute. It's gonna be depressing.

Dude, I feel you... Taxes are the most stressful thing in my life until I go for that final appointment with my accountant... :1orglaugh

I'm in Australia, I guess 'estimate' is the same as PAYG (Pay As You Go) tax here, where self employed or non salary people need to make regular estimated tax payments to the govt.

During the past 2 years that I have been in adult my income has constantly increased, which means that the estimate for each quarterly payment is inaccurate and I need to make up the difference in my yearly return. The only time I'll get a refund is if my income goes down, so obviously I hope I never get a refund. :Graucho
