photographers: what kind of camera should I get?
 

What kind of digital cameras take INSTANT pictures, like 3-4
a second?

The kind you could use for ARTSY photos if needed, but
generally just a personal use camera.

I'm not a photographer, but got a+ grades in my photorapher class during highshcool
for every photo I took.

I was just a natural at good photos with
this old black and white thing our teacher gave us. Those
were the last good photos I took when the camera was fast.

I see no reason why it can't be a full blown professional camera
as long as its not gigantic.

This HP 814 piece of shite I have takes literally 5 seconds to take a picture, I want to take 5 pictures a second if need be.

I'll spend up to 2k.

from what you're saying....you'll need a digital SLR.

try the Nikon D70, D100

or the Canon 10D, or EOS-300D

im guessing since theyre 'real' cameras they dont

The high end Canons or Nikons. You can't go wrong with either.

no....you also can't use the LCD to compose a picture.
