Colombo Brothers Charged with Racketeering

Two sons of the late organized crime family boss Joseph Colombo, Sr., have been charged in a racketeering scheme that included defrauding the Internet advertising company DoubleClick out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, prosecutors said on Tuesday.

One allegation is that the brothers and others were involved in scheme defraud DoubleClick by providing kickbacks of at least $90,000 and other favors to a former DoubleClick employee who approved the systematic overbilling of his employer.
