I'd go with the internet connection, granted it was a high speed one. Being in prison would suck. Being in prison with dialup connection would be hell on earth.

Anything I want to watch on TV is downloadable within a few days of airing on TV.

I think the better, more complicated question would be - TV in your cell for 7-days a week. Or Internet access for 1-day a week.
