Need a server, quickly!

I need server, quick. I ordered a server from some other place, took a day for me to find out that they're not accepting new orders.

All I need is the following:
Pentium 4
1GB Ram
700GB transfer
RedHat linux

Please don't send me a message if it's going to take a day to set up! Need something fast
