ICQ get too annoying sometimes , when ia m laying down with my laptop I can disturb the flow of my posts with ICQ :Graucho

i did a little research and found that on average, with icq on the machine I am designing on, it can impact my day with disruption by 20%.

I no longer run it on the machine I design on.

it simply wastes too much time.

efficiency and stamina should not be sacrificed for icq.
