I tend to notice the vase before the faces...

i think someone told me once that it's based on if you've drawn a lot of them. being as you focus on the faces when you draw instead of the glass.

Thats a good one when you look they they seem to be turning clockwise and then look right and they are moving counter clockwise! Perhaps I should have a few beers and then tell you.
