Idiots tend to be the ones that make the most noise, not always, but often. So it might be easy to get the impression that they are a majority and i wouldn't be surprised if they were.

No *everyone* is ignorant. IMHO, there are plenty of people like me, newbies, who just don't know how to ask for help, or feel like they're doing the right thing even if they're not.

I try to make an effort posting wherever I am, but everyone slips up. On a forum this big, there are bound to be lamers that just post for the sake of it, or spam because they think they'll get something from it.

I see a lot of people making and effort to help others here, I think that counts more.

That said, there's an awful lot of shit on the boards, here and elsewhere.
