    problems w/ Verotel join pages currently..?

    anyone having trouble w/ Verotel join pages right now? someone just sent me a site to do some tests on but i get some weird error when i try any join buttons, i get something like:

    "Proxy error, 502, connection refused..."

    ..anyone else? the guy swears up and down to me that his join buttons were working fine this morning, don't know if its my ISP or a real outage w/ Verotel... anyone seeing weirdness..?
    ...promise her a defamation, tell her where the rain will fall..

                                  According to our programming dept. all memberships that started or rebilled on the 29th of February will going forward be rebilled on the last day of the month (e.g., 31-Mar, 30-Apr, etc.) - this only affects ONE MONTH recurring subscriptions and NOT 30 day subscriptions. It is my understanding that it has something to do with the way an Oracle database handles the last day of the month.

                                  Therefore, for all intents and purposes, this will happen exactly the same way next year for memberships that start or rebill on the 28th of February.
