when you smoke it remember to hold the smoke in for as long as you can and then exhale. you should start feeling the effects as soon as you are done exhaling.

Yes, and KEEP HITTING IT until you literally can't anymore. Usually by the time you exhale your first hit you'll be gone but if not try and get as much of a second one in as possible.
