I would take the knowledge. But then I'd be screwed when my new wisdom tells me I should have taken the youth.

I would always take knowledge, and roll the dice on the long life. I have a 50/50 shot - one side of the family, the men drop like flies before 60, the other side the live amazingly long and healthy lives.
