im considering taking a nice vacation north for a while..its been about a year and a half since I have done some serious traveling(i.e. staying somewhere for longer than 4 days)..i think it would be good for me to catch a couple of meese and come back with some funny money

you won't find much prejustice, but if you go into the small towns up north people may point cause they see soo few black people. most major cities have tons of black people though.

mtl has alot of black ppl. some from haiti coz of the french.

Your right but really i think we prety much have heritage covered for all the nationalities...i dont know that we have it broke down into races...but in my small town (northern Ontario) we have mega communtiy centers and churches from dozens of nations and cultures..

Most of the heritage (big stuff) sites and museams etc are about the nations (canadas) starting years...lots of Native and French stuff

We have quite a few up north here in Northern Ontario..but i think thats because of the french language spoken here...many of the immigrants from Africa speak a dialect of french

btw, from what I have heard the weather up there is off the hook..seasons that are true to their name unlike whats here in Cali..i would perfer to see some snow and some snowbunnies:Graucho

Oh! That's why there are so many west indian types up there! We have been trying to figure out why the heck all those folks with dreads decided to go to the coldest place in the Americas. It all makes sense now.

May to August is really beautiful in Canada, I suggest Victoria, Vancouver, and Banff/Jasper/Lake Louise.
