A lot of people I've talked to said that the TM3 script is better than UCJ.

both are equally good. I personally dont like the way ucj works at all (once you've run cjultra/ttt type scripts it hard since the data is done so different)

UCJ is not very good if your site has less then 40k or so a day.

They both are great.I prefer TM3 due to the easy to use interface.

It's a great script, TM3 is good as well... don't think there are any other comparable scripts out there right now...
RB4 is old.

UCJ is very good, I would go for it... I don't know much about the other scripts.
