:eek2

ouch........I was just going to say that now I really wanted one of those. But I'm sure I'd get buzzed and crash that bitch.

I used to have a Nitro RC truck.....that thing was quick.

How is he flying upside down? Does he reverse the rotation of the main rotor to change the direction of thrust?

was wondering the same thing

DaLord 03-28-2004 08:07 PM

I would shit my pants if I had to fly with him...

corvette 03-28-2004 08:07 PM

hmmm, wonder if there is a way to adjust the angle of the blade from the rotor...that way, he would not have to stop then restart in the other direction

CheeseFrog 03-28-2004 08:07 PM

The blades tilt at a different angle.

Mr Pheer 03-28-2004 08:11 PM

those helicopters guys have taken over the RC field here, every weekend its the same shit, and it gets boring after a while. Plus the field is right by Sam Boyd Stadium, 20 miles from where I live.

I just fly my planes in soccer fields by my house now, las vegas rc club membership is a waste of money if you dont like helicopters

yes the pitch of the blades is controlled from the radio, thats how he flies upside down, just change the pitch of the blades from positive to negative and the airflow thru them is reversed, just like on real helicopters

nofx 03-28-2004 08:15 PM

HOLY SHIT! that is some insane stuff

zigx 03-28-2004 08:19 PM
