Need help with Taiwanese form - beta game
 

Hi I am trying to register with this taiwanese beta game...

you might need to try the link a couple of times to load the form... then I have no idea what it says etc...

I know it asks for a taiawense id number so if you know how to generate one of those too that would be great.
