3-4 depends on how the day is going.

Might as well answer it myself too. today so far 4 times. I usually smoke more but I am cutting down now. :-)

I inhale more baziato smoke than I do oxygen. They say that you only use one third of your brain in your lifetime, so why not melt away the other two thirds! :thumbsup

if you never stop smoking is that one time?
And what if your still smoking since yesterday...... or last week?
