Thinking about outsourcing ? Just make sure you DON`T use acd ( posts here ).
 

Just a warning to people considering utilising the services of acd who posts here ( webdesigner / webmaster work etc. ).

He quoted $600 for the month for various mainstream and adult work ( cheap I know ) but I stated I would only pay $ 200 initially ( so 10 days worth of work ) so to see if I was happy with the work etc.

I know $200 is peanuts so I`m not expecting miracles but during the course of 10 days I got 2 template designs ( one very good actually and one average design ) and 2 basic banners and 2 buttons.

Probably the biggest criticism about them is that I had no idea where the guy was for most of the time who was working for me and the icing on the cake today was when I asked them to upload the files / work he did onto my server space and received a reply stating that I had to pay another $100 and we will upload the files etc....:1orglaugh

Anyway this is not a knock at some of the other companies who push this outsourcing service here also who I know have had some great feedback!

Just think twice if your considering using this acd guy.
