Even though his domain isn't necessarily flattering I don't think he was trying to demean your business whatsoever. He's merely giving your domain selling threads more exposure which will in turn give your sales a greater audience and should drive up the price. Think of how many non gfy visitors that site will get and the added exposure it will provide for you. With a domain like his I'm sure he's getting a minimum of 200 type ins a day.

There have been other cases won when someone is trying to degrade someones business

First, posting your link on that site isn't degrading your business, theres nothing you could do about it.

Second, I never really had a problem with you or anyone here until they rant about how fucking rich they are or how great they are for whatever reason, there are plenty of people here who could buy and sell you 10 times over, so don't think that by you serving someone papers they'll buckle and take your site down. If you need proof, I'll post your domain on one of my sites and we can do battle. Just be cool and people will respect you, and roll with the fucking punches man. :2 cents:
