Casino sites - Legalities - FLA, CA?

I've got some ideas for some casino game development I may start in on.

I'm looking for links dealing with running affiliated (or private label) casino sites, the legalities involved (specifically related to Florida and California legalities), gambling software development, etc.

I've been looking in Google but it's so spam-a-tized that it's impossible to find anything that's not pure spammage.

Thanks. :thumbsup

Unless you have a good lawyer I would stay far away...

Got a good lawyer but he's not privy to the ways of gambling law, so he recommended a few other sources. Thought I'd ask for the wisdom of some webmasters here as well.

To clarify, I'm not looking to actually RUN a casino here in the States. I just know that lately there's been some flak from the gov on slamming down on even ad networks that advertise gambling, so I'm looking for info along those lines. In other words, what can and can not be done in terms of promotion, etc.

Thanks again.
