Looks almost something like Paul Booth would do... He does the sickest evil tattoos.. had the honor of meeting him a few times at tattoo expos when I was still tattooing..

A little to evil for my tastes. I'd get something fruity with a hint of masculinity sprinkled in.

Actually, it shouldn't hurt that much. Only when wrapping around the tricep area. Arm tats are pretty painless. :thumbsup
