yeah ive noticed that also. thats one good thing about the LCD monitor. The thing that sucks is that i got a dead pixel. But its in the far top right cover, so it doesnt bug me too much

The picture is sharper. There is less radiation (well, that's what I've heard) and my fucking eyes don't suffer :glugglug

Work with LCD for a few months, and then try to go back to standard tube, it hurts your eyes. :2 cents:

Speaking of LCD.. is it cool to use a window cleaner like Windex on it? If not, how do you clean them?

Give it back where you've bought it and tell them to burn that dead-pixle.. so it will be black and not green.

Use something that has a soft surface, so you won't damage the screen

I just sold my 18" Sony LCD flatscreen and bought a 21" Sony CRT monitor.

NO!!!! You'll fuck it up with Windex.

I just use a soft cotton t-shirt to keep mine clean. If there is a spot, I dab a kleenex in a drop of water and that will take it off.

LCD's are fantastic.

Actually I think he's saying how the LCD is saving his eyes. Not the other way around.

Are you sure buying a CRT was a good decision? It seems you had some problems reading my post .. :winkwink:
