My last post did NOT work out, apparently mentioning the details specifically was not enough last time.

I NEED

Static Hosting, no MySQL or whatnot
Low Transfer
Many IPs on MULTIPLE Class C's
New IPs when I need them.

Please post here with reccomendations.

Budget is dictated by peering and service. If you're asking if money is an issue, then no.

I already have a 10mbit box with someone else, I want this to be separate.

I'd like to know the price for this too, but then with a cgi-bin and perl.

We can accomodate this on any of our dedicated plans.

No charge for IP's, so long as they meet ARIN justification guidelines and total usage is under one /24. Assigning from multiple /24's is not a problem as well. If your usage is over one /24, we do charge a maintaince fee of $40/mo per /24.

However, you may want to quantify "many". Many different meanings for that word. :)

To clarify, I am looking to host STATIC content on a variety of STATIC IP's spread out among several /24's.
I will use little bandwidth, would like excellent peering.
As a result of using small bandwidth understand that I may have to pay a price to make a host setting this up for me worthwhile.
