ATTENTION: fake TheHun
 

Today I got mail from [email protected] with file qgap.exe (virus for free?) and I hope TheHun wll find this cheater.

It's a virus being sent from spoofed email accounts. I'm getting them from all kinds of reputable domains. Just delete it and avoid opening any emails with attachments.

I've been getting emails like that from everyone, even peoples sites that post here, and even from corporations, hell I've even gotten a few from myself. Not a whole lot can be done.

I've been getting them from everybody, even from some politicians here in the Netherlands

These are very smart viruses, I got one from my isp too last week.

didnt open it.

i never open any files exept for .jpg or .mp3

mabey its possible that if the hun does not like your galleries or found your changing your gallery after its been listed hes gonna hit you with a virus..

Yes, I got viruses via e-mails from everyone, even a friend got one of those mails with a strange attachment inside from his own domain...

How they can take your own domain and use it to f*ck ppl out there? could we sue or take any actions against these bastards??

God dude, these "bastards" dont even know they are infected. The virus spoosf the "from" as your email and sends it to another site found in the internet cache of the infected computer. If that email doesnt work or is rejected by the server the mail bounces and arrives in your mail program thinking it came from you.

Im getting emails from addresses at my own site and even my own email addy but my antivirus kicks ass so im not worried :)

There are so many threads about this, people always think someone is after them and sending them viruses on purpose or that they are infected as they see emails bounce they didnt sent.

The reasons why these outbreaks always can grow so big is because not only does joe surfer have no clue, most webmasters also dont have a clue.
